It said the registration had lapsed in 2013 and the "proprietor had no interest in reviving it." It also asked the board to allow the petition of Crystal Knitters.
A bench consisting of vice-chairman S Usha and technical member Sanjeev Kumar Chaswal then directed the registry of trade marks to remove the mark 'Crystal Glamour'. They did not go into the merits of the case, as Swarovski itself did not want to renew the mark.
